He was predeceased by: his parents, Worth Fulghum and Verna Mae Fulghum; and his brother Douglas "Duck" Fulghum. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Fulghum; his children, Worth Bagley Fulghum, III (Lisa) of Middleburg, FL, John Gregory Fulghum of Spring Hope, NC and Rhonda Kazmierski (Greg) of Lake City, FL; his siblings, Curtis Fulghum (Tammy) and Phyllis Martin; his grandchildren, Noah, Haley (Cole), Connor and Bayley; and his great grandchild Willow.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church (1205 SW Mount Carmel Ave, Lake City, FL 32024). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
