He is survived by : his children, Greg, Jay, Bert and Charlie Stephens of Lake City; his wife Deb Wright Stephens; his children, Dawn Daniels (Greg) of Ozark, AL, Chad Stephens (Dana) of Lynne Haven, FL and Heather Stephens Pace of Port Richey, FL; his stepchildren, Ginelle Smith (Mark) of Bell, FL, Beth Sanders (Bobby) of Bell, FL and Quincy Wright (Donna) of Fort White, FL.; and his brothers, Seth Mancil (Bonnie) of Adel, GA and David Stephens (Judy) of Waverly, GA. He is also survived by Twenty-seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
