He is survived by: his wife Linda Engstrom; his daughter Laura Thompson of Fort Wayne, IN; his stepson James McMillan (Carla) of Lakeland, FL; and his grandchildren, Krystle McMillan of Lakeland, FL, Wil McMillan of Lakeland, FL and Gabriella Thompson of Fort Wayne, IN..
