It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Carroll Polk of Lake Placid, Florida, born in Bowling Green, Florida, who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Polk and Margaret Polk (Beverly Dawn Polk). He is survived by : his children, James "Jimmy" Polk of Mulberry and Deborah "Sissy" Perry (Al) of Clewiston; his stepsons, David Moore (Nancy) of Kennesaw Ga, Jerry Moore (Carol) of LaBelle and Tracy Farr (Gloria) of Ft. Myers; and his sisters, Carolyn Skipper of Zolfo Springs and Faye Granger (Lloyd) of Mulberry. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
