He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wallace Stoops; his children, Jennifer Leitner (Jarad) of Thonotosassa, Angela Stoops (Julian) of Lake Wales, Matthew Stoops of Kissimmee, James Wallace (Heather) of Palatka, Andrew Stoops of Lake Wales, Adam Stoops of Lake Wales and Aaron Wallace of Fredericksburg, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Theron, Miracle, Amber, Jasmine, Marissa, Katelyn, Owen, Lilli and Mary Beth. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
