He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Oakley and Carrie Mae Angel (Busby); and his pet Baylee. He is survived by : his wife Darlene Angel of Lake Wales; and his children, Lisa Brown of Murfreesboro, TN and Michael Angel (Vicki) of Riverview, FL. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
