He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Booth and Virginia Booth. He is survived by: his wife Debra Booth; his children, Jennifer Gleason (Bruce) of Valrico, Kristin Collier (Robert) of Babson Park and Jason Booth (Shelley) of Lake Wales; his stepchildren, Erin Brandon of Lake Wales, Stephanie Richardson (Rick) of Babson Park, April Johnson (David) of Lake Wales and Justin Haley (Savannah); and his siblings, Joe Sims (Delores) of Bethune, Dennis Booth (Cindy) of Aiken and Gloria Booth of Lake Wales. He is also survived by many grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
