He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Owens and Dorothy Owens; and his sister Bonnie Owens. He is survived by: his siblings, Dianne Kanaly, Susan Polaski, Leslie Hargraves and Jonathan Owens; his grandchildren, Logan, Harle Distin, Angelo, Adriana and Giuliana Ventura; his godsons, Paris Williams and Henry Owens; and also, Cathie Persico, Stephanie Ventura, Fritzie Persico and Cheralyn Wood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
