With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Hay of Lakeland, Florida, born in Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on August 14, 2020 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles Hay to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Hay and Mattie Hay; and his sister Linda Sue. He is survived by: his wife Joy "Jane" Hay; his children, Norwyn Hay, Nancy Hay and Natalie Palmer (Greg); his siblings, David Hay and Glenda Smoot; and his grandchildren, Hayden and Caleb.
