She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Woodcock and Evelyn Turner Woodcock. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Handley of Auburndale, FL; her children, Rhonda Nelson (Rick) of Lakeland, FL, John Newbern (Deborah) of Lakeland, FL, Shelda Gary (Jeff) of Polk City, FL, Jimmy Handley (Denise) of Auburndale, FL and Mark Handley of Auburndale, FL; and her sisters, Linda Cruse of Ormond Beach, FL and Bobbie Sowell of Slyvania, GA.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Episcopal Church (656 Ave L NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at the Church Rose Garden.
