She was predeceased by : her parents, Keith Billups and Claire Billups; and her husband Don Farlow. She is survived by : her children, Royal Farlow, Maxina Farlow Paine (Joseph) and Dillon Farlow; her grandchildren, Trinity Phillips, Elizabeth Prevatt, Hailey Lowe and Benson Farlow-Elliot; her brother John Billups (Kathryn); and her nieces and nephews, Jaryd Billups, Jennifer Oglesby and Jessica Billups. She is also survived by many adopted children, grandchildren, and friends.

Instead of flowers in Laura's memory, please give someone a great Christmas and donate to, or adopt a child or family through one of her favorite organizations: Toys for Tots, Salvation Army, and Samaritans Purse.
