He was predeceased by : his son Scott. He is survived by : his siblings, William, Chris and Ann Foxley; and his pet Sheila. He is also survived by five grandchildren, one great-grandchild.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 4:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to All Saints' Episcopal Church in Lakeland.
