It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne O'Hara Swofford of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Irene O'Hara and William O'Hara; her husband Bill Swofford; her daughter Susan Swofford Moukalled; and her siblings, Jane O'Hara Carter, Genevieve O'Hara Brueggemann and Patrick O'Hara.

She is survived by : her sister Mary O'Hara Wyman (Larry); her children, Charles (Sharon), Michael, Julie (Andy) and Nancy (Bill); her grandchildren, Will (Jen), Laura (Jason), Mike (Leah), Tim, Summer, Chip, Danny, Annie (Ben) and Allyson (Tom); and her great grandchildren, Isla, Zoe, Benjamin, Noah, Jack, Henry and Eli. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patricks Catholic Church (1 Pioneer Ln, Ruma, IL 62278).
