He is survived by : his wife Cathie of Lakewood Ranch; his daughters, Jane Wuestkamp (Tom Wuestkamp) of North Andover and Amanda Farrelly of Lakewood Ranch; his grandsons, Kyle, Trevor and Alexander; his cousin Robert Eele of London, England.; and his friend Ian McAndrew of Bricktown.
