Johnson and Marion Gaskins Johnson; his wife Mildred Smith Johnson; his granddaughter Kimberly Eve Gray; his brothers, Marion Bruce Johnson and Andrew B. Johnson, Jr. (Clarice); his nephew Bruce; his siblings, James L. Johnson, Paul C. Johnson, Mary Leigh Jones, Patricia Richmond (Bill) and Betty Rhodes (Linwood); his brother-in-law William Crocker Smith; and his grandson-in-law George L. Wabuge.
He is survived by : his daughter Marion Johnson Lidman (Roger W. Lidman) of Norfolk; his grandchild Naomei Elizabeth Lidman of Boston, MA; his daughter Edna Johnson Kindley (George M. Kindley); his grandchildren, Kevin Murray Kindley of Lakewood Ranch and Kristen Kindley Wabuge; his great grandchildren, Simone Wabuge and Quinton Wabuge of Cameron, NC.; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Edwards Johnson and Sandra Tarkenton Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or a charity of choice.
