He is survived by: his wife Grace Arthurs-Hinds; his children, Carlton Hinds and Karen Hinds Forbes; his grandchildren, Lamar, Lameka and Arielle; and his siblings, Linda, Dorothy, Daphne, Victor, Beryl, Millicent, Gwendolyn, Calvin, Monica, Janet, Milton and Kenneth.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elijah Bells Funeral Home (3750 N State Rd 7, Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at the Mount Refuge Church.
