He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Patterson Sr. and Madeline Patterson (Nee Dailey); and his sister Patricia Ann Ferrell. He is survived by: his wife Olga Patterson (Nee Faulkner); and his children, Cheddy (Bill Walkowiak) and James Patterson III (Taylor). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
