He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward H. Bartz and Mary Frombach Bartz. He is survived by : his wife Connie Parker; his children, Scott Bartz, Jr. (Nicole) of Crestview, Florida, Lisa Soger of Dayton and Kristy Faulk of Port St; and his sister Andrea Wilson (Thomas) of Surprise, Arizona. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
