He is survived by : his wife Rita Jean Davis Norris of Lawtey, FL; his children, Renee Padgett (Mark) of Elberton, GA, Jeff Lott (Belinda) of Jacksonville, FL, Vickie Norman (Randall) of Raiford, FL and Toby Norris of Lawtey, FL; his grandchildren, Brett Padgett (Corrie), Ashely Padgett, Jay Norman (Jenna), Kindsey Norman, Jeffrey Lott (Brittany) and Brianna Mattingly (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Cooper, Brooks Padgett, Micah, Jed, Holden Norman and Braylynn Mattingly; and his brother Wade Norris (Dorothy) of Darlington, SC.
