We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2020, at the age of 78, George Starling Jr. of Lawtey, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Guy Starling, Sr. and Nancy Pearl Prescott; his sister Nettie Herrin; his brothers-in-law, Jack Herrin and Cecil Polk; and his niece Grindol Walden.

He is survived by : his wife Margie Starling; his children, Robert (Hilda), William (Carrie), Lori (Greg), Kayla, Jonathan, Nathan (Jessica) and Brian; his sister Sylvia Polk; and his great grandchild Mattie Woods. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren.
