She is survived by : her husband Lee Oliver Kelsay; her children, Teri Matthews (James) of Lawtey, FL, Charles Lamb (Teresa Hines) of Columbus, OH, David Lamb of Tiffin, OH and Dale Lamb of Texas; her stepchildren, Dustin Kelsay of Lawtey, FL and Miranda Kelly of Orlando, FL; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Shaun, Brittini, Ben, Zack and Troy. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
