We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2020, at the age of 71, Jo Ryan in Lee, Florida, born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jo Ryan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Theodore Miller Jr. and Lois Beulah Miller (Bailey); her husband John James Ryan, Jr.; and her son Andy Carroll Welch. She is survived by : her siblings, Mary Ann Anderson (John), Joseph T. Miller III (Cindy) and Phillip Miller (Belinda); and her aunt Laverne Cooper. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
