He is survived by: his wife Portia; his children, Kevin Hargrove and Charlita James (Tim); his stepchildren, Donna Scott (James "Jae") and Howard Scott (Rhonda); and his sister Cynthia Hargrove. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
