He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brinkman and Arbutus Brinkman; his wife Lynda Sue Brinkman; his children, James Paul Brinkman and Joy Lynn Wilkins; his grandson Travis Webber; his brother Bob Brinkman; and his sister-in-law Linda Brinkman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Samera Darling and Deanna Brinkman; his son-in-law Matt Wilkins; his grandchildren, Chris Kaylor, Michael Webber, Ryan and Erica Darling; his great grandchildren, Colt and Matteo; his friends, Mike Griffins (Joan), Donald and Lynda; and his pet Daisy.
