He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Davie and Earle Davie; and his sisters, Elsie, Muriel and Jacqueline.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Davie; his children, Bobby Davie and Julie Davie; his grandchildren, Erin, Bret Lauer and Tyler Davie; his great grandchildren, Grace, Duncan and Connor; and his brother Earle Davie.
In lieu of flowers, they ask for donations be sent in his name to the American Heart Association.
