We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2021, at the age of 67, Jack Jeffrey Hawk in Lighthouse Point, Florida, born in Shelby, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Orin Hawk and Mildred (Millie Hawk). He is survived by : his children, Shelbie Hawk and Curtis Hawk; his stepchildren, Tiffany Megyeri and Bryan Devlin; his grandchildren, Maddie Hawk-Russow and Emmy Hawk-Russow; and his siblings, Cheryl McKinney (Malcolm), Loretta Adkins (Steve) and Mickey Hawk (Janet). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as several close friends.
