She is survived by: her daughter Teri Gray Whittaker; her son-in-law Scott Whittaker; her siblings, Donnie Sowell, Hollis Sanford and Annie Murel Parker; her grandchildren, Patrick and Lauren Whittaker; and her friends, Donald and Sharon Jennings. She is also survived by nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces.
