She was predeceased by: her parents, David Futch and Burdine Futch; her husband Doyle Carmichael; her son Keith Carmichael; and her daughter-in-law Terri Carmichael.

She is survived by: her son James Carmichael (Denise) of Lake City, FL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and multiple great grand and great-great grandchildren.
