He was predeceased by : his parent Jack L. Rawn; and his brothers, Lee and Thomas. He is survived by : his son Raymond James; his grandchildren, Amya, Brantley, Dax Jr. and Khloe; his wife Kimberly; his daughters, Shelly (Dax) and Kaitlin (Brandon); and his brother Fred (Joann). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
