She was predeceased by: her husband Richard A. Griffis; her son Gregory Bryant Griffis; her grandson Ricky Craft; and her siblings, Lloyd Bryant, Rayburn Bryant, Ricky Bryant, Evie Troxtell and Nina Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Dean Griffis (Gail) and Lorri Michelle Starling; her grandchildren, Misti Gainey, Virginia Ellen Griffis, Amanda Gail Howard, Quincy Anne Scarborough, Katy Ranelle Lanier and Lexi Starling; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Ashlyn, Raylyn Hodges, Grayson Griffis, Kooper Lanier and Kolby Lanier.
