She was predeceased by : her parents, David Buszke and Maria Augusta Buszke; her husband George Swanson; and her sister Kathe Hopp. She is survived by : her son Gordon Swanson; her grandchildren, Eric, Emmaline, Daniel, Noah, Sam, Annika and Lukas; her nephew Hans Jurgen (Doris); her great-nephew Nicolas; and her nephew David (Hans Jurgen).

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Park (5750 49th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709).
