He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert Frank and Virgie Isabell Martin Frank; and his sister Edna Nettles. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Frank; his children, John R. Frank (Susan Robertson) of Day, FL, Kenneth Frank of Winter Haven, FL, Rebecca Sapp (Everett) of Day and Bonnie Sue Yates of Minden, LA; and his grandchildren, Tony, Cody and Michelle. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
