He was predeceased by: his mother Vera Linda Webb Shiver. He is survived by: his father Robin Clyde Shiver Sr. of Mayo; and his brothers, Robin C. Shiver Jr. (Teresa) of Mayo, Norris Shiver (Cindy) of Lake City, FL and Lee Shiver of Mayo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
