It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Ducksworth of Mayo, Florida, born in Lake City, Florida, who passed away on July 5, 2021, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, George Allen Ducksworth and Erin Jean Holmes Ducksworth; his niece Everleigh; his girlfriend Faith; his siblings, Zach Lonski of Gainesville, FL, Dalton Ducksworth of Deland, FL and Emma Grace Ducksworth of Mayo; and his grandparents, Lonnie Ducksworth and Patricia Holmes of Mayo. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
