He was predeceased by: his mother Kattie Bell Nobles Foxx. He is survived by: his father Virgil E. Foxx; his wife Cora Laverne Foxx; his daughter Wendy Foxx of Mayo, Florida; his stepchildren, Mickie Riggs of St. Augustine, Florida and Ricky Williams of Dowling Park, Florida; and his brother Eddie V. Foxx of Mayo. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
