He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Quincey and Clemmie Mae; and his wife Dow. He is survived by : his daughter Teresa (John); his grandsons, James Robert Sirmans and Steven Michael Sirmans; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Audrey and Layla.
