With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Jackson Mayfield (Merritt Island, Florida), born in Moberly, Missouri, who passed away on January 25, 2023 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by : his parents, William J. Mayfield and Nora Mayfield (Epperly); his siblings, Betty Jane Rodgers and Daniel J. Mayfield; his children, Deborah Vorhees, Kathryn Humphrey, William Mayfield III, Robert P. Mayfield (Pat) and Shari Hodge; and his granddaughter Kimberly Belcher (Voorhees).

He is survived by : his wife Janet (Holmberg); and his children, Terri Mayfield, Renee Anderson and Greg Stauffeneker. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
