She is survived by: her husband Jody Adams of Mexico Beach, Florida; her sons, Will Fultz of Cannonsburg, Glenn Fultz (Connie) of Catlettsburg, Ken Fultz (Lydia) of Catlettsburg, Dale Fultz of Catlettsburg, Michael Fultz of Port St and Mark Fultz (Melissa) of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; her stepsons, Tim Adams (Sharon) of Gainesville and Shaun Adams of Panama City, Florida; and her siblings, Glenn "Butch" Moore (Wilma) of Cannonsburg, Kentucky, Betty Johnson (Earl) of Gary and Barbara Moore of Hammond, Indiana.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
