She is survived by: her parents, Conduff Greene Childress, Jr. and Annette Allen Edwards; her husband Gary L. Adams; her children, Alexis Victoria Mason Herron and Michael Angelo Spado; her sister Maria Childress Jordan (Reed); her half-siblings, Donald B. Duffey, Jr. (Ulrike) and Rebecca Childress Adams (Matt); and her pets, Serenity and Hope. She is also survived by one niece, three nephews, and 3 grandchildren.
