He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Warren; his daughter Lydia Warren Roberts; his grandsons, William Warren Roberts and Charles Stewart Roberts II; his son David Wesley Warren (Joni Warren); his grandchildren, Ryan and Kaylee Warren; his brother William Warren (Linda); his nieces, Jessica and Rachel; his nephew Christopher; his brother-in-law Jack Roddy; his nieces and nephews, Peter and Thomas Roddy; and also, Julie Christie Neal, Frank Barone, Sheri, Mac, Ben, Candice and Rachel.
In lieu of flowers, donation made be made in John's name to the Building Fund of Cross Creek Presbyterian Church, 430 S McPherson Church Road, Fayetteville , NC 28303.
