She was predeceased by : her parents, Dorothy Sr. and Edward Esz, Sr.. She is survived by : her husband Thomas Gurski of Milton; her daughter Kathryn Pinckard (Kevin) of Pace; her grandchildren, Chase and Camryn; her brother Edward Esz (Karen) of Cummings, GA; and her nieces, Matthew, Ryan and Maggie.

The family has requested no flowers and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Leukemia .
