She was predeceased by : her husband Jim Cook. She is survived by : her sons, Phil Cook of Auburn Alabama and Steve Cook of Milton, Florida; her granddaughter Kelli Cook of Milton Florida; and her great grandchild Brantley Haynes of Milton, Florida..
