With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Griffin (Mims, Florida), born in Fort Mill, South Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claxton Lafayette Griffin and Lula Mae Griffin (Neal); his son Warren Alan Griffin; and his brother Bobby Ray Griffin, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan D. Witkowski Griffin of Edgewater; his children, Russell W. Griffin (Beth) of Pittsburgh, PA and Lisa D. Crabtree (Charlie) of Edgewater; his stepdaughter Jennifer S. Johnson of Glen Arm, MD; his siblings, Sheila Tyler of Glen Burnie, MD, Linda Diehl of Ellabell, GA and William "Bill" Griffin of Ellabell, GA; his grandchildren, Brandon of Bryan, Ala, Joshua, Benjamin, Lucas, Nathaniel and Priscilla; his great grandchild Tristin; and his sister Jerilyn Sue Kelly. He is also survived by his wife, family and friends.
