He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Costello and Frances Jones Costello; his siblings, William "Billy" Costello, John Costello and Eleanor Grasso; and his brothers-in-law, George Alacs and Joe Yesuvida.
He is survived by: his wife June Costello; his children, Matthew Costello (Ashley), Steven Costello and Leslie Clay (Ben); his grandchildren, Jadyn, Ethan, Julianna, Levi, Madelyn, Amelia and Quinn; his siblings, Tom Costello of Mary Alacs, Frank Costello, Rose Costello, Kathy Costello, Cindy Costello, Cecelia Yesuvida and Juanita Costello (Mike Maresca); and his brother-in-law Ron Grasso.
