It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Martin Smith (Mims, Florida), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on April 22, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Ethel Smith; and his brothers, Bob, Jim and Marty.

He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Peck (Cris) and Margie Sum; and his siblings' children, Jenni, Katie, Jessica, Mikey, Cris (Rachel), Elizabeth (Charlie), Duke, Jake, Christine (Greg) and Corey (Jake).
