He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Richter and Thelma Richter; and his siblings-in-law, Fred and Diane Simon. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie Jo Richter; his children, Karrie Ann Peters (William), Ken Richter (Tammy) and Susan Stepps (Michael); his grandchildren, Samantha, Tyler, Ryan, Karleigh and Dylan; his nieces, Katherine Kenny (John), Kimberly James (Lee) and Kristen Dundee (Brian); his great-nieces, Erin, Kaitlin, Jillian, Jessica, Cassidy and Madilyn; and his great-nephew Andrew.
