He was predeceased by: his mother LaFaye Browning; and his son Matthew John Fette. He is survived by: his wife Meg McGowan Fette; his children, Russell Simpson and Kelly Hoover; his grandsons, Gage Hoover and Karter Simpson; his father John Fette; and his sisters, Donna Fraska and Marcella "Marcy" Harris.
