He is survived by: his children, Charles Vickers Helton, Jr. (Lisa) of Freeport, Richard Lance Helton of Freeport, Drucilla Lois Helton Davis of Freeport and Laura Darlice Helton Peacock (John) of Shalimar; and his sister Audrey Glynn Helton Searcy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
