It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charline Rugel of Miramar Beach, Florida, who passed away on July 21, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charline Rugel to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Angermann and Lillian Angermann; her brother Cecil Angermann; and her daughter Laura Rugel Glise. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Buddy" Rugel; her children, Mary Rugel Santulli, Charles Edward Rugel III and Kathleen Rugel; and her grandchildren, Jamie Rugel Naylor, Sayward Glise Cavallaro, Orion Gates, Laura Gates and Elizabeth Rugel Langston. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent in her memory to Doctors Without Borders, the Wounded Warrior Project, or The Salvation Army.
