She is survived by: her husband Dr. Timothy Zook; her children, Amanda (Jeremy Douthit), Brianna (Burke Wendt) and Joshua Zook (Katharina Schilling); her granddaughters, Talia and Avery Douthit; her stepmother Carmela Battaglia; and her sister Nancy Battaglia.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Life Church of Santa Rosa Beach Building Fund at 178 North Geronimo Street, Miramar Beach, Florida 32550.
